Sonia Kashuk 2016 Holiday Brushes | The Perfect Brush Set For Your Inner Slytherin

Now is a great time to be a Potter Head, isn't it?  Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them seems to be pushing this huge resurgence in all sorts of fun Harry Potter merchandise.  And, while certain things aren't directly Harry Potter inspired, some of it just can't help but scream it.

While last month, the Storybook Cosmetics wizard wand brush set created a ton of buzz,  another brush set created some buzz of it's own, and that was the Sonia Kashuk Serpent Holiday Brush set.  The only thing that would make this scream Slytherin any more than it already does is if the snakes were silver instead of gold!

The set just was released today, and one of the first things I did when I woke up was to jump online and order these.  Luckily, I was able to pick them up in store so I could have my hands on them as immediately as possible!

The brush set and the cup come separately and obviously compliment each other super well.  The brush set contains 10 brushes, all of which are synthetic, and have the golden serpent detailing on every brush.

I've only ever bought myself one Sonia Kashuk brush before, and that's the Smudge Brush (formerly the Small Detail Brush), so I'm not overly familiar with her products, but I love how these feel!  They're crazy soft and I love the powder brush (fourth brush in in the picture above).

These were going to be a set that I wasn't going to use and just display, but after buying them I don't know if I can do that!  I think these are going to perfect wonderfully, but they're just so pretty and perfectly clean and they will never be this way again, since I am terrible at washing brushes.

As for the cup, it is stunning.  I absolutely love it!  It's nice and sturdy and perfect for storing these babies in.

And the best part is that these aren't crazy expensive!  You can snag the brush set for $39.99 and the cup for $12.99.  Such a steal!  They are available both online and in store, but the inventory is always a little light at the store.  If you're looking to grab them and not go crazy, you can opt to pick them up in store and they will show you how many are in stock at the stores near you!

Have you had an eye on this set?  Are you going to go pick it up?  Do you have  a Sonia Kashuk brush set that you're loving?  Let me know!
